Brother's Factory Outlet (M) Sdn Bhd knownly as HUNG TAI TRADING which commenced business in 1989, was incorporated on 17 June the same year. Started humbly in a one-shop retail outlet, specialized in the retailing of auto parts and car accessories, it enjoyed progressive growth to enable it to incorporate HUNG TAI Import & Export (M) Sdn. Bhd.on 1 July 2003 to take over all the operations of HUNG TAI TRADING. The company was an import and export wholesaler of auto parts slot in and car accessories serving the Malaysian automotive industry. In early 1990, Mr. Jeffrey Wong Goang Ching, who was the managing director, saw immense growth potentials in the cash & carry ventures. This great business acumen steered him to position the company to take advantage of the vast market in the automotive field. The company embarked on a franchise mode of operations and registered the trade name "BROTHER'S" for its first outlet in Kelana Jaya.
