What should we do in Our Company?

1. Attend to enquiries from walk in customers, responsible for loan operation at counter as well as back end processing 

2. Responsible to assess/ analyze and propose financial advice and solution based on customers financial needs 

3. Responsible for reviewing financial information pertinent to potential customers. 

4. Build rapport and relationship with the customers to establish loyalty and repeated sales and increase product holding 

5. Increase our customer base by proactively acting on leads from our database and setting up appointments with potential customers and follow up activities 

6. To ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent after sales service 

7. Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedure
