Bitter Sweet Empire 简介

Cake artist Tan U-Mae established bitter/sweet in 2016 with a vision to create artistic cakes after delving into baking and experimenting with sugar art. Combining her background in fashion design with her artistic family upbringing, she is honoured to work with stylish clients that allows for creative autonomy in creating cakes that elevate all special occasions.

7 years later, the sister cafe was launched to allow an in-person experience of the brand, in a space that encapsulates the essence of Btterswt, and hence the name ByBtterswt. This cafe expresses the design identity of our specialty cakes - sugar flowers and all things beautiful. From our food, desserts and cafe atmosphere, may you be transported into the tranquility of flowers and beauty with a full tummy.
