Binaan Desjaya Sdn. Bhd. (BDSB) is a registered Bumiputera contractor with Bahagian Pembangunan Kontraktor dan Usahawan (formerly known as Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor), Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF) and Grade 7 with Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB).

Since its incorporated, BDSB has been actively involved in the construction industry such as road construction, building & maintenance work. In addition, BDSB also ventured into the manufacturing industry of prefabricated concrete products and IBS components. BDSB has received SIRIM ISO 9001:2015 recognition for both of these fields.

With our dynamic, experienced and aggressive management, BDSB has been appointed as the main vendor for TM Berhad, securing contract value of RM61.19M (Prefabricated Telekom Manhole) and RM77.02M (Pre-stressed Spun Concrete Pole) under the Entreprenuer Development Programme. We have also secured a major proportion of the Precast Concrete elements for other fixed line providers such as Maxis, Asian Broadcasting Network (ABN) & Digi. Our products can now be found throughout the entire country.

BDSB also has been selected and appointed as a Certified Training Centre (CTC) which provides training on installation of IBS components to any individual or company that are interested in this area through cooperation with government agencies like Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA), CIDB and Akademi Binaan Malaysia (ABM).

In accordance with our mission to be an acknowledge precast concrete manufacturer and construction expert with principle of supplying value for money desirable quality product and of course meet the customer’s requirement and expectation at the right place and the right time, BDSB has acquired 4 stars in SCORE assessment based on module “SME Competitiveness Rating for Exhancement (SCORE)” from SME Corp Malaysia. Besides, BDSB has acquired 3 starts in SCORE assessment from CIDB Malaysia.

Currently, BDSB objective for future planning is to expand and diversify our company activities to be more successful, famous and comparable with other building contractors and manufactures of Precast Concrete Products & IBS components.
