BILLCHEM was established by its founding members who are veterans in the chemical industry with accumulative experience of over 30 years. BILLCHEM operates from headquarter in Penang and has a nationwide outreach with sales and service representatives across Malaysia. The team consists of professionals who are highly motivated, competent, experienced and knowledgeable in this industry. Backed by BILLCHEM extensive support team, we have the resources to provide the right chemical solutions. BILLCHEM specializes in providing total chemical solutions for various industrial and commercial applications. Our expertise is on cleaning chemicals that includes all grades of detergents, solutions and we also provide value-add services such as consultations on system design that best suit the operations. Currently, BILLCHEM has expanded its business globally to provide commercial, industrial cleaning and hygiene products and solutions for food safety, food and beverage hygiene, floor care, housekeeping and room care, laundry, hand hygiene, metal and rubber industrial cleaning chemicals.

In addition, BILLCHEM also performs reverse engineering services for clients who are interested to manufacture specialize chemicals locally. We continuously explore solutions and with our access to wide range of testing equipment and availability of in-house expertise, we can perform such research exercises to meet clients’ expectations and needs.
