I learned how to supervise workers and guide them on what they should and shouldn't do. I also assist the chef in creating new dishes and compile a list of productions every week. I ensure that we have enough ingredients to last for a month and I also manage the stock and order groceries. I enjoy working together with colleagues regardless of their position. My workplace has employees from various countries such as Bangladesh, Nepal, Japan, Malaysia, China, and India, allowing us to share and learn about different cultures. Our working hours are from 6 or 7 a.m. until around 4 or 5 p.m. from Monday to Saturday.
