COMPANY OVERVIEW

Situated in Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, AZ ZAHRA SMART SOLUTION was founded in July 2020 by En Afzainizam Rizaimi Bin Alias and Puan Nor Ummi Fatihah Binti Ma Hassan. We initially started our debt recovery services with major Credit Company and also Kolej such as Kolej ICT, Keat Seng Motor, XL Motor Rasah & Seremban, Alpha Pet, Boon Hua Motor, GT Max Motor and Motosing Credit Kajang and Pudu and continually serving them until now. Since then, we keep on learning, growing and expanding and has had many successful month to month. As a recognition to our continues accomplishment, on Jan 2021, XL Motor Sdn Bhd (HQ) has exclusively awarded us a contract to service on 'exhausted accounts' portfolio. This portfolio is considered 'hardcore' as these accounts are older up to 15 years old and they have been worked out by at least 3 different agencies earlier. But we take the challenge, and managed to locate and 'tamed' these accounts due to our extensive skip tracing sources and consultative approach. Today, we are a professional debt recovery agency specializing in both consumer and commercial delinquent accounts nationwide. We are extending our debt recovery services to both large and small business sectors, from start-ups to public listed companies.
