Job Responsibilities:

1. To maintain, install and trouble-shoot of electrical systems, air-conditioning system, building and all facilities equipment.

2. On call to trouble shoot electrical power failure and facility equipment

breakdown.

3. Conduct monitoring, trending and tracking of daily power consumption of the Company, as well as, initiate preventive maintenance to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failure.

4. To carry out corrective, schedule and preventive maintenance of all electrical equipment.

5. Provide supervisory assistance over contractor’s job during working hours.

6. Maintain proper records of equipment operating and inventory list of critical electrical and component.

7. To supervise and ensure all electrical installations are installed according to the regulations set by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.

8. Maintain proper documentation of electrical maintenance and other related records.

9. Assist the management in energy savings through equipment operation.

10. To plan and arrange jobs to be performed during plant shutdown.
