Astramina Advisory Sdn Bhd (CMSL/A0226/2008) Founded in March 2008, Astramina Advisory Sdn Bhd is a successful independent advisory firm engage in corporate finance advisory and consulting services with the vision of “creating value and preserving wealth” for clients. We are a licence holder under the Capital Markets Services Act, 2007 to undertake corporate finance and consulting services. We aim to be the preferred independent corporate finance house that provides our clients with the pragmatic and balanced solutions with services of the good quality in a timely and efficient manner to win and maintain their trusted relationship. Astramina has over the years been involved in numerous capital markets transactions, not only at the strategic inception stage but carrying it trhough to implementaiton. Our network provides the kind of industry knowldge and experience in formulating and implementing corporate exercise. We have over the years sucessfully implemented many corporate proposals, which among others, include Merger & Acquisitiions, Re-Engeineering Exercise, Rationalisation and Reorganisation Initiatives, Listing and Fund Raising. We invite canditates (below 35 years old) with strong honours degree (2nd Upper Class or CGPA > 3.5) in all sectors to join our team. Canditates with Accounting and Finance backgrouns are preferred but not a must for eligibilty for application. keen interest and passion to lean and understand capital market transactions coupled with strong determination and commitments to contribute to the team the key elements for consideration.
