I gain knowledge in resource management, conflict resolution skills, and face the challenges of managing a small vocational college by examining all aspects of the school. This includes staff management, analyzing marketing budgets and company goals, establishing educational standards and objectives, and collaborating with academic departments to develop and evaluate new courses or modules. The most difficult but also the most rewarding aspect of my job is having to oversee nearly every aspect of the company.
