The most rewarding aspect of the job is when customers are pleased with my service, while the most challenging part is recommending products I have not personally experienced.

However, the most rewarding part is the opportunity to travel and explore different countries. Responsibilities include providing tour consultations, handling customer transactions, leading tours to various countries such as Australia, Greece, South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Morocco, Turkey, Finland, Norway, and Sweden, serving as a tour leader/manager every month, arranging meals and accommodations, providing information about each country to customers, handling complaints professionally, and responding to emails and calls.
