The support and encouragement from my boss and coworkers have been invaluable to me. Despite the company's small to medium size, I have gained a wealth of knowledge from my colleagues. The on-the-job training is excellent and ongoing. We are encouraged to suggest improvements to our system, which I appreciate. This is a major factor in why I have stayed with the company and am excited to continue growing with them. Currently, we are in the ecommerce business and I am actively involved in the team.
