AMANAHRAYA - REIT MANAGERS SDN. BHD. 简介

Amanahraya-REIT Managers Sdn Bhd (“ARRM”) was established in May 2009. ARRM commenced operations on the 1st June 2009 managing KWB’s property portfolio mandate. ARRM then took over AmanahRaya REIT’s (“ARREIT”) portfolio (listed on Bursa Malaysia) from AmanahRaya-JMF Asset Management Sdn Bhd (“ARJMF”) in September 2009. ARRM previously was the Property Department of ARJMF and 100% owned by Amanah Raya Berhad (“ARB”) with paid up capital of RM1.5 million. Core businesses of ARRM are Real Estate Investment Trust Management (REIT), Real Estate Investment Fund and Real Estate Portfolio Management.
