Almaz Architect Sdn Bhd Reviews
Drafter
Ex-Employee, 3 to 4 years years in the role"The greatest workplace ever"
Salary increases annually, with the addition of a bonus each year. The work environment is conducive to learning new things daily and having supportive colleagues. Generous annual leave and medical benefits for both employees and their families are provided. The bosses are approachable and maintain positive relationships with their staff.
Junior Architect
Ex-Employee, years in the role"Excellent location to begin a career"
I began by doing design work and creating schematic drawings before eventually being given the opportunity to manage projects. The company allowed me to work on various types of projects, including offices, housing, and even an Ark. The management was efficient and organized in their communication. However, the company culture was not very positive or motivating. Decision-making and guidance were often emotionally driven from the top. The most challenging aspect of the job was not being familiar with project situations due to my limited previous experience as a fresh graduate. Overall, it was a good office to start my career in design.
Senior Project Manager
Ex-Employee, years in the role"Efficiency or the rate at which work is completed."
It fosters a cozy environment and promotes harmonious relationships. Making decisions based on personal values is not recommended as it can cause delays in the review process.
