Arab Real Estate Company KSCC (Al-Arabiya), is a property developer and investment holding company based in the State of Kuwait & listed in the Kuwait Stock Exchange. It has recently established a subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates, to undertake a multi-billion mixed-used development project located in the Emirate of Dubai.
