The Damansara Pelangi branch is the largest, with a spacious rest area in the back office and pantry that feels like a second home. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel like part of the family. There is a lot to be learned from interacting with a diverse range of foreign customers, although the management can be slow at times. The most challenging aspect of the job is dealing with customers who do not speak English or Bahasa Malaysia, particularly Sri Lankan customers. Overall, working at the Damansara Pelangi branch of AMCSB is enjoyable and laid-back.
