- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in telecommunications, ISP, or mobile network operator (MNO) environments.
- Technical Proficiencies:• Deep working knowledge of PON architectures (GPON, 10G-EPON, XGS-PON) and OLT management platforms.• Hands-on experience deploying and commissioning Small Cell / HetNet solutions and baseband units.• Solid understanding of mobile transport protocols (eCPRI, CPRI), radio access network (RAN) fundamentals, and backhaul aggregation.• Proficiency in IP networking fundamentals: IPv4/IPv6 subnetting, QoS/CoS policies, VLANs, and Layer 2/3 transport.• Familiarity with network test gear: OTDRs, optical power meters, spectrum analyzers, and Ethernet/10G-100G bit error rate testers (BERT). ...
