In the field of tourism, we get to know and interact with various types of customers. At A Famosa, I work in a cheerful and enjoyable atmosphere. This is because my colleagues and supervisors are very friendly with each other. The work here is very organized and systematic. Since A Famosa provides accommodation, a water theme park, safari, and so on, many tourists take the opportunity, especially during school holidays, to vacation with family, friends, and partners. Every day, the work environment will vary depending on the number of customers. If there are many customers, the work environment will be busier but it will be more enjoyable if customers give good feedback and compliments.
