AEON BIG (M) SDN BHD
Sales Manager
Effective collaboration"
In charge of overseeing the store's daily activities, all employees are required to attend an induction training session to familiarize themselves with the company. Each department receives specialized training, with a focus on teamwork, communication, and social skills at Mydin.
Sales Assistant
Exciting work environment with a strong team."
Aeon Big is a great place to work with excellent managers, supervisors, and staff. However, it is difficult for part-time workers to secure full-time positions. Part-time workers are only paid RM5 per hour and do not receive the same benefits as full-time employees, which is unfair. Despite this, I still recommend this job to everyone.
Customer Service Representative
An enjoyable and positive work environment"
I can provide top-notch customer service, address customer complaints, process returns and refunds, operate as a cashier, and actively promote current promotions.
Cashier
Exciting work environment"
Working in the cashier line was a fantastic experience, time flew by quickly as each day was filled with busyness. The line of customers waiting to pay for their purchases kept growing, making it an exciting and thrilling workplace.
Receiver
Enjoy yourself"
It's really enjoyable, I'm not sure why, but the job is easy and comfortable. I chose to work there to gain a new experience, despite not having a high level of education.
