A typical work day is usually hectic and often involves working overtime. I have come to understand that each task has its own set of procedures, with the ultimate goal being to complete or fix the work. The office is mostly managed by women, which I find acceptable. The workplace culture is welcoming and colleagues are cooperative. The most challenging aspect of the job is repairing large equipment like a chiller room's pump. However, the most rewarding part of the job is the kindness and constructive criticism from colleagues, which helps me grow and improve.
