We prepare Directors’ and Shareholders’ resolutions, AGM/EGM documents, organise and holding AGM/EGM for our clients, filing of Annual Return and statutory forms with Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and we advise the Board of Directors and the Management on corporate secretarial matters on decision making processes.
