The company has a legal land user right in the Kingdom of Cambodia. The company is located in Sihanouk City, Cambodia, has been in August 2005 to start construction, a project for the processing of crude oil 1.2 million tons of atmospheric and vacuum production equipment, has completed land acquisition, Construction procedures approved, tanker and atmospheric and vacuum decompression device based construction.
