Company Overview

Poh & Co. AF No. 0587, was set up by Mr. Benny Poh Liong Ban on 1st August 1987, to provide mainly accounting, audit, tax, and secretarial services to small and medium-sized private companies, associations, partnerships, and sole proprietorships.

Followed by Poh & Tan AF 1165 was set up on 15 September 1998 to cater to the needs of our growing clientele.

Followed by Proservice Tax Consultants Sdn Bhd where we specialize in tax matters and Inimas Management Consultants Sdn Bhd which provides accounting, payroll, and consultants.

At present, we have close to 60 staff servicing some 1000 plus jobs. We are however, not contented with this achievement as yet as we planned to increase our staff strength and our clients in the next two to three years’ time – a goal which, we believe can be achieved with the full commitment from all the staff concerned.
