During the past fifteen years, Shu Yi has grown from one store to 7,000 stores nationwide, changed its name from 85°Tea to Shu Yi BBQ, and from a one-man business to a group of people. Today, Shu Yi has developed into a group of companies with its own supply chain, holding many upstream and downstream industrial enterprises, and creating nearly 40,000 jobs in China.
