8 Bar is a Singapore-based restaurant group that was incorporated in 2010. Since its first Chong Qing Grilled Fish outlet in 2010, 8 Bar has further expanded its foothold in Singapore, creating other Asian culinary concepts such as Fat Bird in 2012; and Taan in 2014. To date, the Group runs a total of 10 outlets in Singapore (3 Chong Qing Grilled Fish outlets, 1 Fat Bird outlets, 2 Taan outlets, 2 Mala Collections outlets), and 2 other Chong Qing Grilled Fish outlets overseas.

8 Bar 是新加坡餐饮集团，成立于2010年。自首间餐饮品牌店重庆烤鱼在2010年开设以来，本集团足迹遍布新加坡全岛，更创立了胖胖鸡（2012年）、炭（2014年）餐饮品牌。迄今为止，本集团在新加坡拥有10间店 (3 间重庆烤鱼品牌店，1间胖胖鸡品牌店及2间炭品牌店,2间麻辣味品牌店) ；并在海外开设了2间重庆烤鱼品牌店。
