Position : Assistant Manager / Manager (Business Analyst), L&OD Learning & Organisational Development
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate on internal projects aimed at streamlining learning operations and employee learning experiences.
2. Identify opportunities for process re-engineering and automation. Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using tools such as UIPATH and/or SMARTIQ workflow.
3. Manage data collection, centralisation, and reporting processes to ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and informed decision-making.
4. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automated and data management processes under L&OD.
5. Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned, contributing flexibly and adaptively to the broader goals of the L&OD department.
Requirements
1. Relevant tertiary qualifications such as Information technology, IT & Computer Science.
2. Strong passion and knowledge for implementing data management, automation and improving administrative processes.
