Capture accurate customer information (transparency). Maintain all records systematically for effective use of the Sales Funnel system and report daily to sales supervisor/Branch Manager or any other person to whom you are assigned.
Retain and update customer information to ensure customer loyalty and support all CRM initiatives. Ask for referrals for other prospects. Log all prospective buyers including current customers, telephone directories, trade registers, business contacts, personal acquaintances, prospect locators, etc. and other methods recommended by the Sales Supervisor and Branch Manager.
