HR Assistant

Job Responsiblities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to enquiry emails
• Update attendance records and maintain employee personal files
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees
• Manage work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations (liaising with immigration, FOMEMA, etc)
• Coordinate dormitory check-ins and check-outs, conduct regular inspections, and manage emergency cases
• Monitor and replenish office supply stock; handle purchase requests
• Maintain and update employees training records
• Perform general administrative duties including handling invoices, mail and courier services
• Other duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

• At least two (2) years of working experience in a related industry is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
• Lives nearby Senai is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
