Full Time FRONT OFFICE MANAGER Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,500 in Abell Boutique Hotel Kuching - Ricebowl

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Front Office Department to ensure efficient service delivery and exceptional guest experiences;
• Ensure smooth check-in, check-out, reservations, cashiering, and buggy arrangements in accordance with company standards;
• Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and room allocation to maximise operational efficiency and revenue;
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, complaints, and service recovery in a professional and timely manner;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Pay: RM2,812.94 - RM4,500.00 per month
