Responsibilities:
-Assisting engineer to do maintenance task and able to travel around peninsular malaysia to visit client's site. (Must possess driving licences and personal car)
-To install equipment in customer’s premises as instructed by the immediate supervisor/Service Manager/HOD.
-To support and maintain all testing equipment, tools and diagnostic materials in good condition.
-To follow up on existing customers to sign up for service contracts after the expiry of warranty service contracts.
To ensure that all equipment repairs and maintenance service are promptly attended to and rectified within a reasonable period of time to minimize down time in the Customer’s operation.
Ad Hoc Function - Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by immediate supervisor/Service Manager/HOD.

Requirement:
-Degree/Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering.
-Able to understand and circuit diagram and handling hardware troubleshooting on electronic equipments.
-Candidates must have knowledge on circuit theory laws (i.e Ohm's Law, short circuit & open circuit test)
