Position : Account Executive (Sales)

Location: PFCC, Puchong, Selangor

Responsibilities:

• Lead sales initiatives to build new business for the company and drive revenue growth across the APAC region.
• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
• Develop long-term relationships with key customers and overseeing sales.
• Provide the best solutions to customer needs in a timely manner.
• Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and forecasts).
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Cooperative with management team from APAC
• Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
• ​Support sales team in research and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in acquiring corporate clients.
• Relevant proven working experience in a similar position in the IT industry such as Managed Services, Outsourcing and service oriented
• Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Good tracked record on sales achievements
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Flexible in approach, able to readily adapt to business and team needs and changes.
• English language proficiency
