Job Summary
The Project & Planning Executive is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of property development projects. This role ensures projects are delivered according to approved plans, timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements while coordinating with consultants, contractors, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in planning project schedules, work programmes, and implementation timelines.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, government agencies, and relevant stakeholders throughout project execution.
- Monitor project progress, site activities, and ensure work is carried out according to approved plans and schedules.
- Conduct site visits and prepare regular project progress reports for management.
- Follow up on project approvals, permits, licences, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Attend project and site meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and monitor follow-up actions.
- Maintain proper project documentation, records, drawings, and correspondence.
- Assist in monitoring project costs, budgets, risks, quality, and contractor performance.
- Identify project issues or delays and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Support project administration and carry out ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Town and Regional Planning, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Property Development or a related discipline.
- A minimum of two to three years of relevant experience in property development, construction or project planning is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic qualifications and relevant internship experience may also be considered.
- Knowledge of property development processes, project approvals and construction activities is an added advantage.
- Possession of a valid driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
