What you'll be doing

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently

• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions

• Assist with room assignments and reservations

• Manage the front desk operations, including cash handling and basic administrative tasks

• Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

• Maintain a high level of customer service and uphold the hotel's brand standards

What we're looking for

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service

• Proficient in English and the local language(s)

• Positive attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Fresh graduate are welcome.
