Import salesmen routing.

Print the Daily Sales Report (DSR) at the end of each month and submit it to the person in charge (PIC).

Notify all relevant personnel of any agency price increase and ensure all branches receive the announcement via email or other communication channels. Also inform all affected outlets.

Prepare price increase letters for own-brand products.

Revamp the company catalogue and MT & GT call cards.

Restructure and update all agency call cards and catalogues to ensure the sales team is using the latest versions.

Monitor stock levels of fast-moving, slow-moving, and NES SKUs for all agencies.

Monitor bad stock returns from outlets and ensure they do not exceed the approved ullage allowance. If the ullage limit is exceeded, notify management immediately.

Update daily and weekly sales reports.

Prepare reports requested by principals.
