Hiring a Growth Research Intern at NexKoins.

We build AI and automation solutions for businesses in Singapore. Small team, which means whoever joins sees the whole business rather than one corner of it.

The role is research-led. You’d study how different sectors operate, build structured research on companies and markets, analyse how comparable players position themselves, and help shape how we reach the businesses we can help.

You’d see how decisions get made rather than just executing the output.

What you’d get out of it:

If you’re studying cybersecurity or infocomm — data protection sits at the centre of how automation actually gets adopted. You’d see how PDPA obligations, data handling and client trust shape real commercial conversations. That’s the part of security that doesn’t show up in a syllabus, and there’s scope to look at our own systems as you progress.

If you’re studying business management — you’d be reading company structures, cost bases and decision chains across a range of industries. Applied market and competitor analysis on live problems, with visibility into how a small company plans, prices and sells.

Either way: exposure across operations, technology, finance and commercial, and research discipline you can point to afterwards.

Who I’m after:

Curious about how businesses work, careful with detail, writes clearly, and can run independently for a few days and come back with something useful. No coding or prior experience needed.

Open to poly and university undergraduate students. 16–24 hrs/week, flexible around classes — dial it down during exams, just tell me in advance.

On-site work with flexibility for remote work.

Allowance from S$800 - S$1,200, depending on hours and experience.
