Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and alert Security Guard to maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests, staff, and hotel property.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol hotel premises, entrances, exits, parking areas, and surrounding areas.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems.
• Control and monitor access to restricted areas.
• Record and report any suspicious activities, incidents, accidents, or security concerns.
• Assist in handling emergencies and security incidents according to hotel procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols and security checks.
• Monitor staff and visitor entry and exit where required.
• Assist guests and staff with security-related matters professionally.
• Maintain accurate security logs, reports, and records.
• Ensure hotel security policies and procedures are followed.
• Cooperate with management and relevant authorities when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Security Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous experience in security, preferably in a hotel, resort, or commercial environment.
• Security experience or relevant certification is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform regular patrols.
• Good observation and communication skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
• Able to remain calm and professional during emergencies.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
