WE’RE HIRING – SERVICE ADVISOR
Location: Kuek Motor – Nilai

We are looking for a friendly, responsible and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and understand their motorcycle service needs
• Explain recommended servicing, repairs and maintenance clearly to customers
• Prepare service job orders and record customer complaints accurately
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure service work is completed properly
• Update customers on repair progress, estimated completion time and additional repair requirements
• Provide quotations and explain service charges to customers
• Arrange service appointments and manage customer bookings
• Follow up with customers after servicing when necessary
• Handle customer feedback and assist in resolving service-related issues
• Maintain accurate customer and motorcycle service records
• Promote suitable maintenance packages, genuine parts and aftersales services
• Ensure customers receive a professional and pleasant service experience
• Work closely with the workshop and aftersales team to maintain smooth daily operations

Requirements:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Training will be provided
- Friendly and confident when communicating with customers
- Good customer service attitude
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn
- Able to work well in a team

- Basic computer skills
- Interest or basic knowledge in motorcycles is an advantage
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage
