The job: • -Operate and Set Up CNC Machine (Milling, Router or Lathe ) • -Ensure Product dimension and tolerances based on technical drawings, specifications, and 3D models. • -Collaborate with the design, engineering to interpret blueprints and create accurate production parts. • -Help Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize machine downtime. • -Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new CNC Machining techniques, and advancements in machining technologies. • -Maintain and follow Company/Department rules. • Ensure CNC Machine continuous running. The person: • Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or related field. • Experience as a CNC Operator, with basic understanding of Plastic Machining is a plus but not required. • Basic knowledge in Mastercam X6 is a plus but not required. • Experience with Plastic Engineering Materials (e.g. Nylon, HDPE, PE, Derlin, Acrylic, PVC, PP, PET and familiarity with their machining properties. • Familiarity with machining principles and continuous improvement techniques. • Team Player and willing to Cooperate/Share Ideas. • Knowledge in geometric tolerances and measuring device. • Willing to train and learn.
