The Business Performance Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving business performance by collecting and interpreting operational and financial data. The role supports management in making informed decisions through performance reporting, KPI monitoring, trend analysis, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve the organization's strategic objectives.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across business functions.
- Analyze operational, financial, and commercial data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports and dashboards for management.
- Coordinate the business performance review process and facilitate performance meetings. Conduct variance analysis between actual performance and business targets
- Coordinate & Collaborate with operations, finance, maintenance, HSE, procurement, commercial and project teams across OPU to improve performance.
- Recommend improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Support strategic planning and business transformation initiatives.
- Monitor action plans arising from management meetings and ensure timely closure Perform benchmarking against industry standards and best practices
- Permanent secretariate to any meeting with the client and any government authority and agencies
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of business performance data.
