Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Relevant working experience and familiarity with the Malaysia Electronics Market, Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Semiconductor, or Wave Soldering Processes industry. (Mandatory)
- Passionate about pursuing a career in sales.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and speaking Mandarin to communicate effectively with customers and business partners from China. (Mandatory)
- Possess own transport and be willing to travel extensively (approximately 50% travel).
Responsibilities
- Proactively develop new markets and expand market coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Manage and maintain relationships with distributors and agents.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including sales analysis.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and company requirements.
- Prepare quotations and manage customer accounts.
- Follow up on sales calls, sample requests, customer projects, and other customer requirements.
- Provide pre-sales technical support and after-sales services.
- Initiate technical testing and product optimization proposals to support customer projects and new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
- Develop and execute sales territory and customer coverage plans to achieve sales growth objectives.
- Support the Regional Commercial Manager in sales budgeting and pricing matters.
- Assist in developing and maintaining industry knowledge.
- Travel frequently to meet customers.
