1. Job Objective

• To ensure effective maintenance and operation of electrical, HVAC, and facility systems through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.

2. Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, cooling system, air compressor, lighting, and mechanical equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to established schedules.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment, fixtures, and systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Monitor and maintain utility systems such as water, electricity, and air conditioning.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance work.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and inspection reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Inspect and maintain fire protection and safety equipment.
• Assist with office moves, furniture assembly, and general facility improvements.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Report equipment issues and recommend improvements to enhance facility performance.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
