Job Description:

• To diagnose and troubleshoot electronic devices to identify hardware and software issues.
• Conduct tests and inspections to verify proper functionality after repairs
• Keep accurate records of repairs, including details of the issues identified, parts used, and time spent on each repair.
• Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating the diagnosis, repair options, and estimated completion times to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices for efficient repair processes
• Communicate with supervisors and peers to resolve issues
• Participate in company or special training classes with emphasis on employee improvement
• Assesses compliance with applicable safety and quality standards
• Contributes to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
• Perform other duties assigned as and when required.

Requirements:

• A diploma in (EE, ME, or Engineering Technology) or equivalent experience in electronics manufacturing (SMT designation)
• Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment used in electronic repair.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience preferably in Electronic Manufacturing Services environment.
• A firm understanding of SMT components will be expected.
• Malaysian citizen.
• Willing to work in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
