LM Partners Hiring! Full Time Junior QS in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,200 - Ricebowl

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• At least 1–2 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and contract administration.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software.
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tender documents.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and ensure work is within the approved budget.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on QS-related matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
