Easteel Services (Malaysia) Hiring! Full Time Sales Engineer in Johor, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities while providing technical support to customers
• Act as the technical liaison between the company and customers for sales development and follow-up
• Understand and interpret customer requirements, and recommend suitable solutions
• Persuade customers on how our products/services meet their needs
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, including pricing and win/loss tracking
• Gather market insights, prepare forecasts, and update relevant stakeholders
• Prepare reports and analysis to support sales and marketing activities
• Expand customer base and identify new market opportunities
• Manage key accounts and high-potential clients
• Prepare quotations and proposals for new and existing customers
• Monitor customer credit and ensure timely collection of payments
• Handle customer complaints promptly and coordinate internal teams for resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Candidates with engineering background and construction industry experience are encouraged to apply
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing (fresh graduates with strong academic results may also be considered)
• Experience in industrial products, preferably construction materials or industrial parts
• Independent, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Senai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
