Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, customer-focused, and willing to learn.

Job Scope

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or walk-in.
• Process customer orders, requests, and complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Prepare customer service reports and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
