Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrative, Engineering or any equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must be able to work at Senai, Johor area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead & manage program team to fulfil department duties & responsibilities.
• Provide guidance & directive to meet to the overall organizational business goal.
• Liaise with customers and coordinate with internal cross functional teams to launch new product as per the requirements.
• Manage business risks and write off claims with customers.
• Report, track and update the program progress in term of changes, priority and strategy to meet the goals set.
• Analyze forecast waterfall chart.
• Responsible to build relationship with customers.
