Human Resource
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training, and offboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Administer payroll-related HR processes, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits in collaboration with the payroll team.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and ISO standards by implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving HR and administrative policies, procedures, and controls.
- Implement, and maintain HR and Administration policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and document control processes in compliance with ISO requirements, internal controls, and audit standards.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Assist full process of performance appraisal.
- Identify, implement and coordinate end-to-end training and development process.
- Prepare all HR reports for management.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by Management.
- Any other task given by HOD
Administration
- Preparation for budgetary & monitor all the administration expenses cost to ensure Administration budget are optimized in line with the Business needs.
- Develop, review, and update building maintenance, company vehicle, company security and foreign workers policies and procedures.
- Review quarter transportation maintenance report to ensure safety of user in Company.
- Oversee for the schedule regular building maintenance checks, ensuring the safety and optimal functioning of all facilities.
- Review on staff claim distribution to ensure accuracy of claim payment and within the annual budget.
- Oversee the renewal & new registration for Company Licensing.
- Oversee the end-to-end administration of foreign workers, including work permit and visa administration, renewals, transfers, repatriation, accommodation, welfare, and compliance with statutory and immigration requirements.
- Any other task given by HOD
Job Requirement
- Minimum Degree Holder in Human Resource and/or equivalent.
- 5 years minimum Experience in Human Resource Management.
- Good in communication skill.
- Good in Microsoft office.
