JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Monitor and patrol factory premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unsafe conditions

· Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with company procedures

· Verify identification, visitor passes, and delivery documents

· Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and facilities

· Operate security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control systems

· Record daily activities, incidents, and irregularities in the security logbook

· Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire, theft, accidents, or unauthorized access

· Report any suspicious behavior or security breaches to management immediately

· Assist during emergency evacuation and ensure safety procedures are followed

· Perform bag checks or vehicle inspections when required

· Maintain discipline and enforce company rules and regulations

Requirements

· Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification

· Basic report writing skills

· Prior experience in security

· Physically fit and able to work shifts (including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays)

· Basic knowledge of safety and security procedures

· Good observation and communication skills

· Honest, responsible, and disciplined
