Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and other MOM-related matters.
- Process monthly payroll, attendance, overtime, and leave administration.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, employment laws, and company policies.
- Provide HR support and respond to employee enquiries professionally.
- Coordinate employee training, safety courses, and mandatory certifications.
- Manage foreign worker matters, including accommodation, medical appointments, insurance, and related welfare.
- Coordinate and submit WICA claims to insurers and relevant parties.
- Report workplace accidents and incidents to the relevant authorities when required.
- Liaise with injured employees, supervisors, medical providers, insurance companies, and MOM regarding WICA cases.
- Ensure timely submission of WICA documentation and statutory compliance.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with general administrative duties.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations, Employment Act, and work pass administration.
- Experience with Info-Tech Payroll System is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and priorities work effectively.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
