Responsibilities
Role Summary
We are sourcing an experienced Program Manager to lead an end-to-end digital transformation program, onsite in Singapore, for a confidential public sector end client. The role owns program governance, stakeholder management, delivery execution, risk management, and go-live success across multiple workstreams and service lines. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong executive presence and delivery ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Own overall program delivery and governance for the transformation program.
Drive executive reporting and steering committee reviews with client leadership.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations across the program.
Lead cross-functional teams spanning application delivery, infrastructure, quality assurance, DevOps, and business teams.
Manage planning, estimation, release management, cutover, and go-live activities.
Coordinate with client stakeholders, partner vendors, and offshore delivery teams; own delivery reporting.
Track and report on schedule, scope, budget, quality, and overall delivery health.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Extensive, demonstrated experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs, with a track record of program ownership at a senior/leadership level.
Proven ability to manage executive-level client stakeholders and steering committees.
Strong command of Agile delivery and release management practices.
Demonstrated experience planning and estimating across multiple parallel releases.
Hands-on ownership of risk, issue, and dependency management at program level.
Experience managing cutover and go-live activities for multi-release programs.
Good to Have
Experience managing multi-technology integration programs with cross-team/cross-vendor collaboration.
Exposure to business process management (BPM) or workflow automation platforms such as Appian or similar.
